About The Pretty Pretty Home
The Pretty Pretty Home began with a phrase that stayed.
Years ago, my mother told a story about a family member who affectionately referred to a cherished piece of furniture as “the pretty pretty.” It was a small, offhand remark — but it lingered. There was something honest and human in it. Not precious. Not performative. Just love for an object that had earned its place in a home.
That idea became the foundation for this shop.
We curate furniture and objects that feel lived with — pieces shaped by time, use, and quiet presence. Many are antique or vintage, chosen not for perfection but for proportion, material, and soul. These are pieces that hold space rather than demand attention.
Our focus is simple:
- Furniture that grounds a room.
- Objects that age well.
- Design that feels human.
The Pretty Pretty Home is about collecting thoughtfully, living slowly, and choosing things you’ll want to keep — not replace.
Nothing loud.
Nothing rushed.
Just beautiful things with stories worth carrying forward.
